Since 1975, Selkirk Wilderness Skiing has developed a loyal following amongst deep powder skiers and snowboarders. Catering to small groups on a weekly basis, Selkirk Wilderness offers an appealing alternative to both helicopter and lift-serviced skiing. Each week 24 guests are taken by snowcat to a private lodge at 4200 ft. This spacious mountain hideaway offers panoramic views of the Selkirk and Purcell Mountains and all the luxuries of home.

Each day skiers and snowboarders are transported in comfort to the surrounding peaks to sample spectacular open bowls, delightful glades and challenging chutes. Because the snowcat is never grounded by stormy weather, you can expect to ski 12,000 to 18,000 vertical ft of powder every day of your holiday. Each ski group of 12 have their own snowcat and 2 guides, so the group decides on the pace for the day!
