For the first time Panorama Mountain Village welcomes Burton Snowboards to present the 23rd Annual Easy Rider Cup (April 3-4).
This huge event for snowboarders promises to be entertaining and consists of banked slalom, slopestyle and rail jam.
The slopestyle event is casual, but judged. Meaning riders can take as many runs as they like over the two day designated time period to get their run dialed in. This format encourages rider to be more relaxed, plus encourages progression.
The banked slalom course is a timed event where riders get one official timed run per day. You can be sure that the results from Saturday's race will push riders to go faster on Sunday, as well as getting the trash talk started on Sat night.
The Saturday night DC Rail Jam is a crowd favourite at Panorama and this special rail jam will be all that and more with special guest DJ Renee Rennee.
Sunday afternoon, the big show happens, when anyone and everyone with a valid ticket and a snowboard are invited to be a part of the largest snowboard posse ever assembled. The record attempt will be a sight to behold as this huge group of snowboarders descents the mountain together!
