The Mid-Week Mountain Escape includes one night of accommodation for two, breakfast for two and dinner for two from a pre-selected three course menu, which is created by Head Chef Valerie Morrison.
"Your dinner will start off with a choice of either our freshly made daily soup selection of Seasonal Organic greens topped with fresh vegetables and Canadian Cheese with our house Red Onion Vinaigrette," explains Chef Morrison. "Entrees include a red meat or a chicken or fish selection with seasonal vegetables and accompaniments. Some selection may include Angus Flat Iron Steaks, roasted potatoes, peppercorn reduction; or Seared Halibut Medallions, orzo pasta and baby shrimp, mushroom and chive butter sauce. Choices will very. To finish off we offer the chef's dessert choice, which could one of our bakery's fabulous cheesecakes, pies or puddings - this is a set item that changes daily."
The Mid-Week Mountain Escape package offers lodge rooms starting at $296.00 plus tax based on double occupancy and availability. This is an economical way to experience the lodge voted #2 Resort in Canada by Conde Nast Traveler in 2009.
