ICE FISHING
As ice thickens on the region's mountain lakes to over 12 inches, the
ice fishing season has officially begun. Rainbow Trout are still
active under the thick ice and are a lot of fun to catch! |

 | ICE SKATING
The smooth, black ice found on
ponds and lakes in the region make
for the best family outing or a casual game
of hockey. Curlling is also another option,
or even a game of bocce. Remember to bring
the hot chocolate and marshmallows! |

PARA-GLIDING
Imagine flying at altitudes up to 3,600 m (12,000 ft), soaring over
magnificent peaks, glaciers and valleys with nothing between
your boots, but clean air. Tandem para-gliding flights from
the top of Revelstoke Mtn Resort are available.

With upwards of 50 ft of snow per year,
snowmobiling on a guided tour is a fun
and an exciting way to explore the

SNOWSHOEING
Moonlit snowshoe tours to secluded cabins/huts where chocolate or
cheese fondues await. Snowshoe trails circles many of the Ski
Resorts and communities, pick up the community trail maps
at the local Visitor Centres or visit Guest Services at
each Ski Resort to book your Snowshoe outing. |

| TOBOGGANING
Toboggans, GT Racers, Crazy Carpets, Tubes
are just a means to get down the slope as
fast and fun as possible. No skills are
